We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase
Product Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes around 3 business days depending on location.
For personalized items, standard delivery time will take 4-5 business days.
If your order hasn’t arrived after one week, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Shipping Rate
All orders above 250 AED are eligible for free shipping within the United Arab Emirates. A delivery charge of 20 AED will be added upon checkout for all orders below 250 AED.
